Friday, July 31 | 10:30 AM HB Studios Sports Centre Indoor Track FREE
Summer is the perfect time to get moving—but warmer weather also brings unique challenges for staying healthy and active.
Join Denise from the YMCA for our next Keep On Track session as we explore the importance of hydration, heat tolerance, and recognizing the signs of dehydration. You’ll learn practical tips to help you stay safe while enjoying outdoor activities, exercising, or simply navigating the warmer months.
During this session, we’ll cover:
How much water your body really needs
How heat affects your body and ways to improve heat tolerance
Common signs and symptoms of dehydration
Simple strategies to stay healthy and hydrated all summer long
Following the discussion, participants are invited to enjoy a relaxed walk around the indoor track—a great opportunity to put movement into practice while connecting with others in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking to stay active, learn something new, or meet others in the community, Keep On Track is a fun and informative way to support your overall health and wellness.
