Mobility & Joint Comfort

Join us for our next Keep On Track session, focused on Mobility & Joint Comfort—an important part of staying active, reducing stiffness, and feeling your best every day.

This session will explore simple, effective ways to improve joint health through movement, stretching, and mobility exercises. Whether you’re looking to ease discomfort, move more freely, or support long-term joint health, this session is designed to meet you where you’re at.

Participants can expect:

  • Easy-to-follow mobility and stretching exercises
  • Tips to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion
  • A supportive and welcoming environment
  • A light walk on the indoor track to put movement into practice

 

This program is free and open to all members and community participants.
